Take a Walk Through These Magical Forests Straight Out of a Fairy-Tale

Oliver Life through the Lens

As I talked about in the previous post, my son Oliver was born in August 2014.

I wondered what I could do to plot his life, so decided to take a picture of him each week to show his changes features over his first year in what I called Life through the Lens.

With his whirlwind first year over, I am now taking a picture once a month, which I hope to continue with!

I will be updating the gallery as and when, but you can see the set up to now here…

I’m Back

Well, I have kind of been “off line” for a while due to more important things in my life – our first baby boy, Oliver, born August 2014. As you can imagine photography has taken a slight back step although that not to say I have stopped! We now have loads of photos of our son from birth all the way through.

Now we are getting back to some kind of normality (although does normal exist now with a toddler intent of destroying all the things!) I hope to containing updating the blog

I have however created several galleries on Flickr of events from last year or so. Please enjoy and comment!

Published on 9 Apr 2014.
We live in a world of unseeable beauty, so subtle and delicate that it is imperceptible to the human eye. To bring this invisible world to light, filmmaker Louie Schwartzberg bends the boundaries of time and space with high-speed cameras, time lapses and microscopes. At TED2014, he shares highlights from his latest project, a 3D film titled “Mysteries of the Unseen World,” which slows down, speeds up, and magnifies the astonishing wonders of nature.
